We can replace or exchange those products you’ve purchased subject to the following conditions.
- Unused beauty products must be returned within (30) days upon receipt
- Complete packaging with labels still attached.
- Photos/ videos may be required for initial investigation
- Not damaged
(please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or refunds that have been opened or used.)
All returns must be inspected and processed before providing resolution.
- Every return must be inspected to ensure it is the correct item being returned and for the condition of the item as claimed.
- In the event of an unsubstantiated claim, the return will be considered an unsatisfied item.
- Esme Enterprise has the right to conduct an independent investigation of the item presented.

Upon Approval of Esme Enterprise, the approved products will be returned to you using the following shipping method:
- For express delivery : Grab express or Lalamove
- Fastrack (For metro manila and provincial only)
- For international, Charge may be applied.
- Returns will be processed within 1-2 weeks of our office receiving your item.
(Please Note: Empty containers cannot be accepted for an exchange.)
DAMAGED PRODUCTS POLICY
If you receive an item that is broken or damaged, you may contact customer service within 30 days for a replacement. Items will not be replaced after 30 days. if you happen to receive one we will happily replace it, please contact customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone at (02)5874652 (M-F 9 AM-6 PM ) and we will respond with the appropriate return and/or exchange instructions.
