Return Policy

We can replace or exchange those products you’ve purchased subject to the following conditions.

  • Unused beauty products must be returned within (30) days upon receipt
  • Complete packaging with labels still attached.
  • Photos/ videos may be required for initial investigation
  • Not damaged

(please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or refunds that have been opened or used.)

All returns must be inspected and processed before providing resolution.

  • Every return must be inspected to ensure it is the correct item being returned and for the condition of the item as claimed.
  • In the event of an unsubstantiated claim, the return will be considered an unsatisfied item.
  • Esme Enterprise has the right to conduct an independent investigation of the item presented.

 

Return process

  • For return or exchange of items, you may contact Esme customer service via Email, Facebook, Landline and Mobile.
  • Please comply all requirements needed for us to promptly resolve the issue.
  • Email Address
  • Waybill number
  • Contact number
  • Order ID#
  • Nature of complaint/ product description (please see the form)
  • Courier used for returning the item

 

Upon Approval of Esme Enterprise, the approved products will be returned to you using the following shipping method:

  • Honestbee
  • For express delivery : Grab express or Lalamove
  • Fastrack (For metro manila and provincial only)
  • For international, Charge may be applied.
  • Returns will be processed within 1-2 weeks of our office receiving your item.

(Please Note:  Empty containers cannot be accepted for an exchange.)

 

DAMAGED PRODUCTS POLICY

If you receive an item that is broken or damaged, you may contact customer service within 30 days for a replacement.  Items will not be  replaced after 30 days.  if you happen to receive one we will happily replace it,  please contact customer service at esmeteamlove@gmail.com or by phone at (02)5874652 (M-F 9 AM-6 PM ) and we will respond with the appropriate return and/or exchange instructions.
